Adding CC (Carbon Copy) Recipients

Carbon copy (CC) recipients are commonly used when you want someone to have visibility to the in-flight and completed document without actually participating in the document.  When a CC recipient is added, they'll receive an email notification when the document is sent for signature.  They'll have view only access to the document while it is in-flight.  Once completed, they will receive another notification with the completed document attached.

To add a carbon copy (CC) recipient:

  1. In the CC's section of the Manage Recipients dialog, click Add New CC
  2. Enter the name and email address of the CC recipient
  3. Click Save
