Manage Invited Users

A pending (invited) user is a user has been sent an invite but has not used the invite to sign up for an account.  While a user is pending, an administrator can:

  • Remove the invite
  • Change the users access level
  • Resend the invite

Manage a pending user

  1. Navigate the the Users section of the account settings page
  2. Navigate to the Invited tab
  3. Optional: Adjust the users access level
  1. Click More Actions to
    • Resend the invite - resends the email invite to the user
    • Copy the invite link - copies to your clipboard so you can send via chat, text or email
    • Delete - removes the invited user
