Delete a recipient

Whether you're modifying a template, working on a draft document, or updating the recipients on an in-flight document, deleting recipients is done in the same way.  Modifications to recipients are done on the Manage Recipients dialog.

Deleting a recipient

  1. To delete a recipient, edit the document
  2. Navigate to the add fields area
  3. Click Manage Recipients.  This will load the manage recipients dialog
  4. Click the delete icon to remove the recipient

 

Note: Deleting a recipient will not remove fields associated with that recipient. The recipient will be removed from the document but the fields will remain on the document as unassigned. You'll need to remove the fields separately or assign them to a different recipient. see Replace a recipient to learn more.
