Delete a document
The sender of a document has the ability to delete documents they have created. The sender of a document can delete a document at any time. Deleting a document results in the following:
- In-flight documents are voided
- All recipients, whether they've completed their part of the process or not, are notified that the document has been voided.
- The documents is removed from the system.
There are three ways to delete a document:
Delete from the document list
- Navigate to the documents area
- Locate the document you'd like to delete
- Click More Actions to choose from available document actions
- Choose Delete
- Confirm Deletion
Delete from the document details popout
- Navigate to the documents area
- Locate the document you'd like to delete
- Click on the document name to load the document details popout
- Click More Actions to choose from available document actions
- Choose Delete
- Confirm Deletion
Delete in bulk
- Navigate to the documents area
- Locate the document(s) you'd like to delete
- Click the checkmark next to the document(s) you'd like to delete
- In the top bar, choose the Delete icon
- Confirm Deletion
