Add files to a template

When creating a template, you have multiple options for adding files.  Add files in one of the following ways;

  1. Drag and drop files from your computer
  2. Click Upload to manually add files from your computer

As soon as you add a file, a draft will automatically be saved.

Tip:
The template name will automatically be populated based on the first file you upload.  You can modify the document name using the pencil icon.

We recommend creating a short description for the template.  This will help you and others to identify and differentiate between templates.

 

Optional: Choose Save for Later to save the template as a draft.  At any time, you can continue the process by navigating back to the template from the templates area.

Once you’ve finished adding files, click Continue to move to the next step; add recipients and fields
