Uninviting a User

A invited user is a user has been sent an invite to join Upsign but has not used the invite to sign up for an account.  As an administrator, you can remove pending invites.

Remove an Invited user

  1. Navigate the the Users section of the account settings page
  2. Navigate to the Invited tab
  3. Choose More Actions
  4. Click Delete.  This will remove the invite.
Note: When you delete the invite, the invited user will not be notified. However, when attempting to click the invitation link, they will receive a message that the invite was removed.
